It wouldn't matter i mean it would be interesting if you were 180 and looked like this x) but honestly it motivates my self image ; I've had certain family members want me at getting wayy too low a weight that is not for my height or body type, well im going to prove that I can look way more amazing and feel amazing doing it my (our) way (: thnx Whit! ^.^

  2. Hiya beautiful, I need some advice please ? My weight is 72 kg and Im 172cm. I have this fitness app and its asking me what my goals are…well I dont want to loose weight but I dont want to put any on either…what I want is to get a booty and sexy arms….What do I have to put in? Gain waight or be healthier? ?? I would appreciate your help ? xx

  3. See I’m conflicted- I want to start going to the gym and lose some weight but I don’t wanna lose my butt ): I know you can workout to also have a booty but I don’t want it to just be hard muscle. Is there a way to keep that booty? ?

  4. you only need about .8g of protein/kg of body weight!! If you’re training REALLY hard you maybe need a little more like .9 or .10g/kg!! So for a 135lb woman (weighing about 62kg) she really needs anywhere from around 50g to 60g of protein per day. Any excess protein that you eat just gets peed out! ALSO if prolonged excess protein consumption continues, it can eventually cause kidney problems.

Okay so I need some advice… im turning 15 next year and i would like to get fit and in shape but im not sure how to change my diet because im a picky eater and my parents will get worried because i dont tend to eat often anyway and i have really bad knees so most things are out of the question and i never stay motivated. Im really lost.

  8. When your not feeling well & have to stay in bed all day that calls for a marathon of videos! Crazy how much of a difference there is in all of your videos from the beginning to now love them?
