  3. What camera equipment do u use and video editing and tripod? Also, what app do u use to speed up your hands as u pick each food item to demonstrate your eating habits to speed it up so that the video is not prolonged?

    My name is Hans and i have been struggling with this a very long time. I am so glad to see that someone else thinks the same as me. Glad to not be alone in this!

  5. i see many of these videos online and on websites these days. It has worked for certain individuals but in many cases they end up going back to their current weight and some. well I've been a personal fitness trainer just for women for the past five years and I've noticed that more and more women are looking to try products or severe diets to lose weight fast but don't realize it's not gonna work in the long run. Many of my clients have got close to their goal and most have stop following my regime. I always focused on what to eat each week as well as cardio and working out to hit that mark you've always wanted.
