  1. I absolutely agree and love what you said about the goals you set for yourself! It's about how you feel about your body and how you see your body, not so much what the numbers read on the scale!

  2. I enjoy this video. You two just motivated me to get back to my workout. My fitness goals are to be fit, improve my posture and squats. As for getting cute activewear, it does make you feel good. Thank you for this video.?
