  1. Made the second dish forfeit the chickpeas added shrimp cooked them in olive oil garlic and lemon juice…and tossed the orzo in olive oil parsley and lemon juice… yummies ?

  2. I tried the Mediterranean Salad and it was delicious! I'm not a lettuce fan either, so this one worked for me! I didn't have cooked orzo on hand, so I subbed with quinoa. I can't wait to cook up some orzo for tomorrow's version!

Just made the "smoky vegan burrito bowl" but added chicken as well (mostly I am making a batch of it for a week, and my serving sizes didn't quite come out large enough so I added more protein to help). It smells amazing and if it looks half as pretty as yours when I assemble it for work tomorrow, I'll instagram it 😛

  5. I always meal prep on Monday's – the day before chemotherapy. Tomorrow is my last chemotherapy for my Triple Negative Breast Cancer (stage 2B). I made most of the meals in this video and tagged you on my instagram. Yay ME! I beat Breast Cancer!!! And now I have tasty meals in my refrigerator inspired by you Saralynn! Thank you so much for this video. You made everything so easy for me.

  6. How do these meals hold up through out the week though? I’ve tried to meal prep all my lunches ahead of time and some don’t taste that great come Thursday Friday.
