  1. I tried the Mediterranean Salad and it was delicious! I'm not a lettuce fan either, so this one worked for me! I didn't have cooked orzo on hand, so I subbed with quinoa. I can't wait to cook up some orzo for tomorrow's version!

Just made the "smoky vegan burrito bowl" but added chicken as well (mostly I am making a batch of it for a week, and my serving sizes didn't quite come out large enough so I added more protein to help). It smells amazing and if it looks half as pretty as yours when I assemble it for work tomorrow, I'll instagram it 😛

  4. I always meal prep on Monday's – the day before chemotherapy. Tomorrow is my last chemotherapy for my Triple Negative Breast Cancer (stage 2B). I made most of the meals in this video and tagged you on my instagram. Yay ME! I beat Breast Cancer!!! And now I have tasty meals in my refrigerator inspired by you Saralynn!
