Quick question: why is skimmed milk only allowed on your cheat day? I always thought it was a healthier option than whole milk. Can you explain please?

  3. I have just found your videos after so desperately trying to find a lifestyle food change before I die from over eating. Y'all have truly been an uplifting blessing. This is a way of changing my eating habits that will actually work in the real life. I have started today…today is the beginning of my new life that I intend on getting back!   6. Love all these low carb options! I get a lot of the same things! Cucumbers are just so refreshing! Love fresh strawberries in my greek yogurt! Love my tuna too! I'll remember the pickle before my workouts! Thanks!!
