  1. What if we don't have an Instagram? Can you do a video with Brad in regards to the macros? I need to lose some weight. It's hard when you have anxiety.

  2. I had 2 babies in 2 and half years and my body needs some love now…I am on a very healthy diet with a lovely doctor and I need to loose 12 more kilos…but I really hope to be able to exercise 3/4 times a week in 2018. You are my number one inspiration! ❤ just thank you ❤

  3. I am not knocking anything that you do. I love your channel also. But with a healthy lifestyle and working out you should be able to drop the weight without taking that supplement. And a great workout plan to follow is fitness blender. I love their programs and I have lost so much. I had my fourth kid this year and my goal is also to be in the best shape of my life.

  4. I'm 30 in September 2018. I want to be the best me I can be. Not just weight/fitness but mentally and spiritually etc. I'm finding my relationship with God and dining in deeper into my faith. I also want to lose weight also, not only for looks but for health. I'm very overweight and I want to live to see my babies get married 🙂
