Hlw sir apna weight kam karne ki koshish kar rahi hu .thora bohot fark hua he .my question is pure din me rice kitni quantity leni chahiye n wheat flour ki bani roti weight badhati he kya agar maom usme flakes seed n oats powder dalkar roti banakar khau to thik rahega kya weight loose me?plz do rply sir.
