My skin is sometimes dry and flaky. But my most concern is my dark circle. No matter how much sleep I have, it doesn't help. My eyes circle are dark and sometimes look tired if I did not have enough sleep. Is there any recommendation of skin care routine or product you suggest. I know you have the dark eye circle video, but in case you have other suggestion. P.S.: my skin is normal to dry skin type.
