  1. Stumbled on this video after a suggestion from a friend on Facebook. For those of us less coordinated, do you ever break down the movements and then put it all together? Love the videos and see such benefit to them.

  2. I lost over 100 lbs doing a lot of Dance, Zumba, and Yoga. I was 260 lbs, today I am at 140 lbs. I’m 40 and have maintained that going on 4 years now. Not bragging, just saying it can be done. This is a great way to start! ????
