  2. Hi Nisa, need ur help to loose weight during pregnancy since i have thyroid and pcos I conceived but at higher risks.
    So please help me have a good diet for me nd my baby so that i stay healthy and don’t gain weight during my pregnancy.

  3. Hye mam i like all your recipes your turmeric instant tea powder is awesome we can anywhere but mam i want a diet plan to lose weight which includes chia seeds bcoz i dont have much time to make breakfast and no wheat roti no any kind of bread & rice
