  1. Just came across your project Rujuta but unfortunately registration is closed. But I will be doing it myself and will at somepoint if I am able to share my result i will do so. I live in UK will try my best to get local produce as it is very limited availability of local produce.

  2. I am doing my kriya/pranayam in the morning for which empty stomach is a must. This takes 45mins to 1hr. How can I incorporate this. Is it fine if I will have almonds/munacca after finishing my kriya/pranayam ??

  3. hi, I am little confused about following this. I was having PCOD but now it's cured as I made some lifestyle changes and lost some weight. So do I need to take almonds or munacca ?? And during period days what should I have?? almonds or munacca

  4. Rujuta I don’t know if you are the same girl who I was in this group I used to teach some 20 years ago at Lokhandwala in a gym. I gave some 10 lectures on exercise and sports medicine. I think the owner of the gym was called Hegde. I remember you (I think) from your eyes, you always give an attentive look. I think you were the only Marathi girl there. If so I am proud to see my student excel. Well done. My wife follows your advice on diet. You may remember me as the stunningly handsome doctor hahaha.
