  1. I am new to this channel, but not new to keto. I did it two years ago, lost 27 pounds and was 8 away from my goal before i gained it back (financial troubles to the point of i had to eat whatever was given to me). but i am starting again monday and am psyched! and this time im actually going to the gym as well 🙂
I am binging all these videos in pure excitement to start once again
I also saw a penn state sweatshirt. I am in the middle of nowhere PA (near penn state altoona) so i thought that was funny 🙂

  2. Hi I just started subscribing to you guys! Great content great content! I'm looking for the info for the cut you guys are doing I want to start it ASAP…. I've been doing kiddo on and off for a while and I want to take it to the next level. Definitely need to do a cut. I'm trying to find where the diet is listed with the macros and all the info…. Is that available or is it something that you're doing privately at a cost??

  3. Once you reach your goal, it is only going to be sustainable if you keep this way of eating/exercise for life. Returning to old ways will get you back to where you were in the beginning.

  4. Eating too many keto desserts is what got you to this point with weight gain I body fat. Cut out the keto sweeteners and you won't be craving those desserts as much any more. It's the sweet tastes that spike cravings and appetite regardless of it being stevia or erythritol.

  5. In your past Costco haul vids, Matt mentioned he wanted to get some Wild Planet's Wild Pacific sardines. There's promotion in Costco now through 1/28, 6 cans @ $6.99! Got my stash yesterday

  6. So I eat about 4-5 cups of kale and Cruciferous Crunch with 3 table spoons of avocado oil. I also eat 2 avocados. This is my base meal everyday. I usually add shrimp or grassfed ground beef for protein. My question is, do you guys not consume a lot of vegetables because of carbs/net carbs? As of right now, I’m not counting my salads or avocados in my (carbs macros) at all. But I’m wondering if I should?

  7. I recently changed my macros and cut about 110 calories total and I swear it feels like 1000. I do have calorie up days and eat like two pounds of wings or Mongolian shrimp or something I love. You’re both very strong and I know you’ll make it through this.
