  1. You do this every year you fatass. Stop with the Tim Hortons, stop with the McDonalds, stop with the takeouts, stop with the microwave meals, stop with the soda. BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FUCKING HEALTHY. Let me help you out by telling you what i eat.

    Breakfast: porridge and jam. If you're still hungry have some fruit: banana, grapes, raspberries, strawberries etc. and you can even mix them in blender to make smoothie.

    Dinner: If I'm at home: EGGS (poached or scrambled) on BROWN BREAD. Heniz, beans/sausages on BROWN BREAD. If I'm working: BROWN BREAD chicken/turkey/ham sandwiches – can always add lettuce.

    Tea: Mainly CHICKEN BREAST, every so OFTEN STEAK, FISH now & again, WITH EITHER broccoli, green beans, sweetcorn, beans. Beetroot. I try to avoid carbs here but if i do i have a jacket potato or rice.

    Snacks: fruit, raisins, nuts, low fat yogurt or protein yogurt, breakfast bars, protein bars/cookies or protein power shake (if you're working out the protein will help you recover quicker furthermore protein is FILLING so you won't feel as hungry as much). I eat probs two-three snacks per day depending on how active i am. ALWAYS have protein right after a workout.

    Sundays: Sunday dinner with beef/turkey, sprouts, cabbage, roast potato etc. Cheat meal for tea usually some desert.

    Drink: I drink 2 liter bottle of water every day. Occasional glass of fresh orange juice or Ribena juice. My only vice is caffeine: Every morning I drink ONE energy drink (rotating between no calorie relentless, sugar relentless, red bull x2) 5 days a week, ONE coffee 1 day per week and i try to have a day where i drink no caffeine (usually weekends). I do this so i don't get caffeine withdrawls.

    I HAVE NEVER BEEN A FAT EVER. Stop gorging yourself with food and get your fucking act together.

  2. Hey man wish you luck with your weight lose , word of advice eat 5 meals a day very small meals almost snacks this way you don't really feel hungry too much i tried this and it's working good for me

  3. Good luck to all the Fatassseeesss out dere thank god i have a high metabolism and i'm in decent shape for a 18 year old nothing would scare me more then to become obese thankfully i'm doing a good job at avoiding that.

  4. you either need to do a tyrone magnus 30 day fast or you need to cut the carbs and sugar completely and do a high fat low carb diet. your shitty diet style is why you gained more weight this time. not sustainable.

  5. It's not all about calories, have to take in consideration fat, carbs, sodium and sugar intake. Two bacon fast food breakfast sandwiches won't make you lose any weight. You need to focus on low carbs. Eat some rotisserie chicken, steak, vegetables, a little bit of fruit etc. Avoid buying frozen meals, full of garbage in those, dieting can be a bit expensive but worth every penny if you do it right.

  6. Cabbage soup with tomato paste carrots and some chicken (cooked seperate) thats a meal that lasts a while and not too fattening for me. Can eat on that for 2 days atleast and its healthy enough lol
