  2. Loved this video, such diverse recipes. You showed a few tricks that I found really helpful, such as the whisking of the chia, the cutting of the tomatoes, that gadget for the kale leaves.
I have a few questions: 1. Can you replace the quinoa with another grain, for example, bulgur? Can you add some spices to the roasted cauliflower, such as paprika? Do you think the broccoli would be more tender if they're blanched first? Also what can I use instead of yellow squash (it's only in stores for a limited time in season)? And lastly, should the quantity of the spice rub be reduced if the pork chops are thinner? And really lastly, will those meatballs work with pork?

  3. I’m not sure this is a weird question but does anyone know a substitute for onions because I know they’re supposed to be good for your eyes or something like that I heard before but I do not like the taste at all

  4. I just stumbled upon your channel….wow i'm in loooooove! I'm trying out this meal prep theory I was just wondering, do these freeze?? It's only me & although they look delish, I don't want to eat the same thing every day. I don't mind every other so making two of the recipes I could do. It will basically be my lunch for the week with the addition of two more the following. The third week would be "pot luck" of all the deliciousness! Your recipes look simple and low maintenance, I cannot wait to try it next week. New subscriber 🙂

  5. Hi Bobby, very nice meal preps. Wish I could pay you to do that for me and I just have to collect them all. I'm tired standing for years cooking. Now, now my kids are too busy to cook & bring me meal preps like what you do. So I must face the kitchen in order to eat. Lol. ?

  6. I really appreciate all of you DF recipes and alternatives you mention in all your video. As a thank you I’ve been sharing your videos with family and friends that are on social media more than I am. I hope it helps! Thanks again!

  7. Bobby, your take on recipes and ideas is amazing! I love your usage of agave and carrots in these recent videos — they're staples in my kitchen! Haha, I saw that cutting multiple tomotoes at once trick on Rachael Ray. I do a lot of the stuff you do in my own way. Comes from my 12 years of eating healthy; well beyond the (mere) weight loss which is only a short part of the big picture. I make my cauliflower mash quite a bit tighter/thicker. With a bit more liquid, you can make your mash into a faux "cream" base for creamy soups or sauces. I do that too…

  8. Love your videos Bobby! One question though, I see you prep salad and add lemon juice to them. How do u find them hold up by the 3rd day? Do u recommend holding off the juice to just before eaten? Thanks! Your videos are a life saver! Nom-nom

  9. Honestly you're the only person that has caught my attention! I'm trying to meal prep and its been so hard but you just made it easy for me(: THANK YOU, you are amazing! I can't wait to try this♡

  10. Love this video and all the recipes! I can see a lot of hard work and love went into this video. I'm excited to try some of these recipes this week. 🙂
Without watching this video, I made the pork chop with cauliflower mash but used asparagus instead of kale. My mash didn't turn out as creamy as yours (different kind of food processer I think) but I'm glad I learned more about that recipe!
