  1. I don't know why but it seems like when I workout and eat healthy for a few months I see little changes to my body which is good however my face fat is still here. I'm asian btw and I don't know if that has a role to play in my face fat because I would really like to have a slimmer face. it discourages me sometimes to workout which I know is weird. do you have any tips on that?

  2. I liked tip #4. I've been very inactive the past 2 years due to stress and multiple injuries, but super active prior to that. I'm looking to slowly get back into it without being sad about what I used to be able to handle. Looking forward to more fitness vids from you this year 🙂 ♡Sel

  3. Great tips Steph. OMG this is my every year solution and I have not been living up to my words. I really have to start with a pen and paper. I have never done this before but I hope it works. 🙂 LOL
