  1. Its the best way to lose fat. I love it! I actually did it quite by accident. Our bible study group decided to fast from 8AM to 6PM. It was rough at first. By the time I got home i cooked I ate the whole meal and felt satisfied. We did this everyday (The dog scared me)?. Next thing I noticed I lost weight. People noticed. I looked it up and realized it was an actual thing. I wont stop doing it. About three weeks ago i was between 220 to 227 pounds. I weighed in yesterday 02/07/18 and was shocked I was at 205. Havent weighed that in over 9 years. Awesome video. I appreciate your knowledge and how the slimming clubs dont work.

  2. Thank you for this video…well said. I joined weight watchers 3Xs and was religious about it. I lost 19 pounds and couldn't lose more…the lady in charge insisted I must have cheated with my points. I didn't. Starting IF and OMAD combined. decided to start after Jan 1 so no pressure.
