Point of truth: this is Not Stuffed sweet potatoes. This IS Dressed sweet potatoes. To Stuff sweet potatoes: scoop out flesh & add to filling. After well mixed refill cavity.

Hmmm…I didn't know that about acid and tahini. Love all these BTW. Especially the mushroom risotto. I can literally smell that "umami" flavor!
