  2. It truly is super fantastic how much of a significant difference that stress really causes; By which I mean I would have never thought have I not been subjected to it myself.   3. I started 8 days behind. But, I am doing it. And I am also doing around my roller derby training. Thanks for all the help and I can't wait to see/feel how much better I am after I finish late.

  4. Been doing your workouts on and off in 2017. Gonna make an effort to complete a workout by you this year, even if it means being part of the mod squad for most of it
