  1. Sauna attire? I don’t go in as often as I’d like because the thought of sitting there in my tight sweaty leggings and and all that is weird to me, but maybe it’s totally fine? Idk what’s the best? Any ideas? Great video! ??

Good tips Iv been “weight training” off and on for the past year and a half with basically no results and this next semester I’m losing my work out buddy due to class scheduling I’m super nervous and excited to focus more on what I want from the gym. Love your videos ! Ps I got that nike quarter zip in a darker color and absolutely love it!!

  3. One tip id say for people wanting to lose weight is DONT weigh yourself. Instead, track your progression by measurements (with one of those tape measure things) once a week. If you must, id day weigh yourself every other week.
    A lot of people get discouraged when the number on the scale doesnt go down even if they're losing inches off their waist. Yall need to remember that muscle weighs more than fat and youre gonna be building muscle.
