  1. You shouldn't really be doing cardio BEFORE weights if you want to take your workout with weights seriously. You need the energy for weights and any cardio should be saved for the end or another time altogether. That said, a quick work-up-a-sweat session to warm up is a good idea.

  2. I just received  2 pairs of pants public rec, , Alpha M…. I am so happy with it , thank you so much for giving honest reviews . Please keep advertising all the good brands in all industries. This is not the first time I bought because you advertise, but every time I buy it is a Hit , I am waiting for hoodie when available ! Thank you Alpha M, you save me a lot of time .

  3. Point well made. Health aside, yeah, I do want to look better… sssooooo, decent clothes DOES make sense. But no Super Hero outfits?! DAMN! (I about laughed my ass off at that!)

  4. $ 95.00 for gym pants ????? I'll stick with Adidas outlet store, 2 pair for $ 38.00. Some of us live on a budget…….and I bet 5 pair of Adidas out last one pair of Public Rec.

  5. Does it really someone care about the gym outfit???? Just grab a Tank Top or a T-Shirt and some pants and you're good to go. Fuck this stylish thing, you are there to train not to look good in clothes.

  6. Any advise finding well-fitting clothing for a muscular build without breaking the bank? Been trying to find shirts between M and L all last year mainly to cater to bulking and cutting with no luck at all. M is too snug, while L too big…
