  1. I was on ww back in '09 and like you said, all the foods that used to be points values are now free foods! I often wonder how they decided these foods are all of a sudden free foods? People lost weight on it before, and they still lose weight on the freestyle, I'm wondering if weight loss will be slower or faster on this new program? I did lose 6.2 lbs my first week Tuesday weigh in. So long term it will be interesting to see at what rate the weight comes off.

  2. I rejoined WW 3 weeks ago & have lost 9 lbs with the new freestyle plan. I’m loving it. I was on WW about a year ago & I struggled with it but I managed to lose 18 lbs then I got lazy on tracking & gained it all back within the year. I’m absolutely more at ease with the freestyle plan though. Are u on “Connect” on the app?

  5. Just found your vlogs and am enjoying them so far. I also have done weight watchers in the past and have a bunch of youtube videos on What I eat on Smart Points. I am thinking of getting back on track with WW and am really interested in the free style program and Oh Me Gee…corn, beans and ground turkey are 0 SP!! One of my favorite meals is a Turkey Taco Bake (ground turkey, black beans and corn with taco seasoning- so good and now 0 points!! ?)

  6. You are so inspiring! How do you plan breakfast and lunches? At the beginning of the week or ? What ar your fave low point snacks and zero point snacks? I loveee chicken too. I’m struggling right now so bad since it’s the holidays and we had family staying here but I’m back on track today ugh ? but literally meal prep will be key for me I hope you show us yours!

  7. You can really see your weight loss, you look great. How do you resist temptation I wonder especially this time of year when we have lots of extra different things like chocolates, mince pies in the house. X

  8. I love the new program. Just don't panic it takes a couple of days for your body to adjust. I have found that I can make more great recipes….and more filling. Beans I have made hummus. I make my own beans because canned beans have too much salt. Salt can stall weight loss because of water retention. However…hummus…Yummy! Instead of sour cream use the plain Greek Yogurt (0sp). I had terrible IBS problems because of hysterectomy surgery. Seriously the beans help me. And because of hormones it is tough to lose weight but it is happening. I am so excited about it. Enjoy life. It is all good.

  10. I love weight watchers! It’s the only thing that has worked for me. I stopped when I got pregnant with my son but he’s almost 2 and I’ve been toying with the idea to start again! I would love a what you eat in a day and meal ideas because that’s where I struggle and I don’t want to make 3 different meals for my son and husband haha thanks so much for sharing your journey and I’m loving your videos!
