  1. Milk actually makes mucus but I'll tell you a little secret I found out. You can actually add just a little bit of filtered water to whole milk in order to thin it out just a little bit, after which I noticed I no longer had a problem. As an asthmatic, I must keep my body used to milk and I can't go without it too long or I start coughing after drinking it unless I add a little bit of water. The coughing just lasts a few seconds and then my body is once again used to it as long as I drink it regularly

  2. I am all for home remedies that work. I have my own for cold & flu that works amazing. Now this one here, I just saw baking soda & raw egg and I stopped watching. As if drinking butter isn't bad enough.

  3. Milk makes my phlegm worse, and butter and egg yolk REALLY? Yuck! Butter is dairy, that will make phlegm also. If you don't get phlegm, you'll end up with high cholesterol from the butter and egg.
