  1. Great tips. Having a plan is definitely neccesary aka a routine. I've been having aroutine and it has been helping me on my journey. Guys, go check ot my channel and I will do the same.

  2. I have a tip for you guys, drink lemon and honey water, it has helped me quite a bit, so I started two days ago,

    Day 1. I weighed 102.7 pounds

    Day 2. I weighed 101.2 pounds

    Day 3. I weighed 99.7 pounds.

    I have shed some weight as you can see, I will update tomorrow and here is the recipe.

    1 table spoon honey

    Juice from half of a lemon.

    Warm/hot water

    Take your water and lemon, squeeze the lemon in first, then warm it up to your liking.
    After warming up, add the tablespoon of honey.

    I did not exercise. I did not eat too many unhealthy things, but I am not on a diet. I did drink this with every meal. I ate healthier sugars such as sugars from fruits.
    Also try to not have cravings. Make sure to try to be a little more active. This was on the weekend so I have no idea how much I’ll burn considering I play football on the weekdays for about 20 minutes.

  4. My goal is to lose 30 pounds!! I’m 5,2 and I weight 135. I want to get down to 105-110 really bad. I’m 15 years old. I try but I always fail I needs motivation and my family doesn’t eat the healthiest so it’s hard.

  10. There's only one tip you need for weight loss. Less calories in than out. You could go on a candy diet as long as you don't go over 1500 calories. I wouldn't suggest candy as…you know…diabetes. But, you get the idea.
    ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS EAT LESS! No exercise needed. No pills needed. Just be smart.
