  1. Google the diet plan “fetching tuti space”, for me, it is the best plan I have tried out and obtained good results. My life has changed for the better after I shed 14 lbs by following this plan!. Try this your self, hope you will like it like me.

    So, 210lbs x 16 as you say = 3360 calories

    At 2:40 during the video you have -20% but say x20%
    Lets say x20%

    3360 calories x20% =672
    subtract 672 from 3360 = 2688 as you say.

    Forgive me for being confused, but where does the number 350 enter in.

  5. A friend advised me to lookup for the diet plan “lyly amazing guide” on Google. It has given wonderful results to its users and worked incredibly well for me. Inside a week, I’ve already decreased 14 lbs.

  6. This is great advice, I am 80 pounds smaller from eating less and working out more but I know I have to keep it up cause I be feeling muscle pain from fat burning but I am a stylist and just want to be able to stand for hours doing hair and now people are noticing especially the guys lol
