I am the same weight as this guy and have the same activity level. This guy is spot on with his numbers. 2600 is just the right amount of calories so you don't feel hungry all the time.

I wasn't familiar with the “loli special plan” (Google it) till a good mate applied it to shed plenty of extra body fat. It is certainly something you should try.
This is great advice, I am 80 pounds smaller from eating less and working out more but I know I have to keep it up cause I be feeling muscle pain from fat burning but I am a stylist and just want to be able to stand for hours doing hair and now people are noticing especially the guys lol

So, 210lbs x 16 as you say = 3360 calories
At 2:40 during the video you have -20% but say x20%
Lets say x20%
3360 calories x20% =672
subtract 672 from 3360 = 2688 as you say.

I've heard that it's bad to be eating too little calories because your body gets used to it and slows down your metabolism. is that true?
