  1. In the winter time do you wear your hair in protective styles like 2 strand twists, braids, and etc? I would like for you to do monthly checkups well I guess if there are other subscribers I don't do Instagram ? sorry.

  2. I don't like water either but since I'm pregnant and I will be breast feeding I'm increasing my water intake, try using a straw it forces you to drink more water in a shorter period of time. I usually can get in 80 ounces a day and not even realize it.

  3. Hey girl I just had to chime in as I was watching your video because I hate drinking water too so that's going to be a new challenge for me to to try to start off at least would one glass of water a day but you're not the only one that don't like water.????

  4. I am glad that you are trying to drink more water. It is really good for you and the baby. You can also try sparkling water for a little bit of flavor and you could add mint, lemon, or cucumber to your water for taste. You can even try a natural water enhancer like True Lemon and add just a little of that to your water to give it some flavor to help you drink more. Sometimes I also dilute apple juice with water and drink it. I'm pretty good about water now but when I need more I use those tips to take in more water.

  5. Your hair still looks beautiful even after the trim.? Since you do not like water try infusing it with your favorite fruits and veggies. I personally love strawberry and blueberry infused water & lemon and cucumber infused water. For 2018 I've started taking multivitamins and biotin and will be protective styling as well as doing low manipulation styles. Tfs beauty!! ❤?
