  3. Thanks so much for all the info. I Have been into health for a while but now I am really serious about it. I am now 44 so time to get back in shape as the older we get the higher chance of things in our body wearing out I believe. But I have to also do better eating as exercise is nearly over because I have three herniated discs in my neck and a slipped verterbra in my low back. dr says no running or jumping. I do walk but not to far but I stay active cleaning my house and going outside etc. 🙂 thanks again. 🙂

  4. I'd say what worked best (at least for me) was having something else that was fun or interesting to do instead of eating food. Also keeping yourself busy, especially a job, can keep you from eating.
