  2. What great advice! The power of small things done consistently over time have the biggest effect! If I were to add a sixth tip, it would be to set a specific goal and give it a deadline. Without a clear vision of what you're trying to work towards, it's easy to let things slide and eventually stop altogether.

  3. I found that it helps to incorporate the workouts into your routine. The workouts don't have to be big things either, I go for a short run everyday and I found it's made a massive difference to my mental and physical health.
