Happy New Year Kaitlyn, great channel you have here, and Congrats on your success thus far and wishing all the best in everything you do in 2018 !!……Was curious, What muscle do you train the most each week??? And what was your favorite food of the big Holiday feasts with Thanksgiving and Christmas??  Keep going strong…..keep on flexing……keep on inspiring……and you certainly have a new member of the Kaitlyn fan club rooting for you. ?

  2. I love your videos and that you're also Canadian! Do you take supplements or recommend any? I've been lifting for about almost a year steady now and have been taking protein, glutamine and creatine but not really sure if it's making any difference?
