  1. Edamame is soybean and has several compounds known to lower testosterone. Kind of defeats the purpose of extra protein intake if your body isn't trying as hard to create muscle.

  2. Bruh you realize how much sodium is in jack links beef jerky. I'm shocked you recommended that. Not to mention all the chemicals in it. I find it really ironic actually when you compare it to other videos you made. It's really hard to find actual decent beef jerky.
