  1. I've struggled with binge eating and weight my entire life. I felt like there was someone else taking over my body. I'm gonna get in control now.

I'm the same way, I might have a bad breakfast or something and I'd throw my whole day out the window, It's really hard for me to stay motivated throughout the rest of the day if I have a bad breakfast or lunch. My main temptation is pizza, there's no other food that makes me feel that way, any advice for dealing with that? Especially when I have roomates who don't make the best food choices for themselves.

  3. Found your video at the perfect time! Just made the decision that enough is enough. Changing up my diet (including not drinking alcohol) and gonna experiment with some fitness routines until I find something that works. I figure as long as I'm moving my body eventually something will fit. Anyway, loved the information so I subscribed! Thanks!

  4. I started my fitness journey almost a year ago and I still struggle. There are days when I feel good about everything then there are days where I may eat one unhealthy thing and I will beat myself up over it and it literally ruins my whole day! I am trying hard to work on that. I would say that is my main struggle. Thank you for being who you are! You may not know this but you have an impact over others and that is amazing!!!!

  5. ok so i am in middle school and i am really wanting to eat healthy, and work out and gain muscle and be comfortable in my body. so what workouts should i do that i would be able to do at home because i can't go to the gym?? i struggle with all of the things you have talked about, like he binge eating. any tips? ♥️♥️♥️

  6. I just found you on YouTube last week, the first video I watched was your weight loss journey. I just want to thank you for being so real and honest. Up until last week when I watched your video I was tracking my macros and it was making me very depressed and I do feel like I had a very unhealthy relationship with food. I have watched most of your recent videos and already you have inspired me to change my lifestyle and start weightlifting and eating healthy. Thank you so much for putting this out here for all of us ❤️

  7. The craving healthy food is seriously a real thing! I didn’t really believe I would like all the healthy food over the salty/sweet food I was used to. I notice now when I’m not getting enough vegetables I start craving them! ?
