  1. you are my inspiration for loving myself and taking care of my body !!!! my what i eat in a day,,, as soon as i wake up i’ll drink a big ass glass of water, for breakfast i’ll have like 5 egg whites, lots of protein, and of course some coffee. for lunch i’ll have half a pb&j sandwich (lol im 5), carrots and celery, and a granola bar of some sort. for my snack before i work out i eat a string cheese and 5 pretzels. and for dinner i’ll have a veggie burger with some broccoli 🙂

  3. There was a video you had a while back where it was something along the lines of self care (included meditation, working out, a notebook for journaling) ☺️☺️☺️ I was wondering if you can do more videos like that? I think it’s something we should all focused on for this year ❤️❤️❤️

  4. I usually have some yogurt and almond milk for breakfast. For lunch I’ll have a bowl of any kind. Dinner it depends on the day and I’ll snack through out the day as well.
