  1. I can’t wait to start this journey. Can’t quite haul this very moment but how do you keep your energy up enough for workouts eating such minimal calories? My energy is low now probably from all the crap I eat though. Thanks love the channel new subbie been binge watching all weekend ?

  3. Great video… Do you still eat carbs during your 500 calorie diet? A lot of what you bought has carbs right? or no? lol Im def going to the grocery store and trying all of this

  4. I'm a new subscriber. Thank you so much for posting this!! I hear how vegan is the way to go. I'm such a foodie but I wanna do better for my health and physique. I dunno if I should watch What The Health to to turn me a way for good or just start off slow eating maybe seafood here and there w/mostly vegan choices…. I am gonna use this list tho because your items looked manageable
