  2. I'm 17 years old height-1.74 weight-61 i'm like a skinny for ma height and i started trainin in gym from last week and i put in work attentive bout rest days but i want to gain weight and muscle too my friend gifted me beef aminos and i need advice should i start it and hom many pills ?

  3. I'm 6'6" and 160 lbs I cannot seam to gain any weight no matter what I do. I'm very strong for my size and have no problem working out however I cannot afford to keep using shakes and supplements when I'm not getting results

  4. Compound movements are great, but if you are starting (and maybe even after that) you might want to avoid dead-lifts. It's a great work out, but if you don't have a proper form, you will damage your lower back so badly, that you won't be visiting gym any time soon. My trainer was an elite bodybuilder and he told me to avoid them completely… He never did them and still won national competitions in my country.

  5. Appreciate the video bro. Sounds like you are recommending sort of a full body work out over isolation work outs. What type or schedule/ weekly routine you recommend?

  6. What if you're working in a job that enforces 3 periods of cardio every week as a minimum? Would you recommend increasing calorie intake on those days to off set some of the damage you're doing to your gains?

  7. You mentioned to not do cardio or any extra things on rest days, but what if I am in my school soccer team and we are required to train everyday but at the same time I work out tuesday thursday and saturday, how would that work?
