  1. I wish you the best on your journey because I have been in your shoes. I feel like 2 weeks is not enough time to get snatched as you put it. Weight lose is not a quick fix. You will learn it is a lifetime commitment because everyone celebrates with eating and barbecues. So you have to not look at weight lose as a race. I was 285 in 2007. And my weight that I am comfortable with is 165. I don’t go 5 pounds under or over. Stay focused.

  2. ?We fall down but we get up? Honey don’t be hard on yourself we all slip back into old habits sometimes but you know that you have that inner strength to pull yourself back up. Going on this journey with you. I have to lose 100lbs this year. I’ll be rooting for you darling you got this ???

  3. I hear your pain sis. When I gain weight my round face gets all puffy and rounder and my neck gets darker. Was size 4 in college, blew up to size 12 after 2 kids, now down to size 8. I am working towards 4 again. We in this together girl. U got this!

  4. You are my motivation and I have been exercising for 6mths and I am feeling so tired now ,so I can relate what you are going through but don't give up continue your journey and be strong

  5. I attend college like 8 hours from home, and whenever I come home for holidays or breaks I notice how much sugary and fried food I eat here. It is a struggle to keep a balance, you aren't alone in that

  8. Its a hard journey its ok. Sometimes its easy to fall back into the old habits again after losing weight and then just like before you catch yourself slowly gaining the weight back. Everyone have hiccups you just have to keep going and dont give up. You already accomplished something alot of people havent done just get back on it!! You have motivated alot dont feel bad!
