  1. Really good tips… For me, tip number one is really relevant… It sounded like you were talking directly about my situation.
I have my own English school in Japan and my daily teaching schedule is really erratic from morning to late evening, with no two days the same… So, I've been trying to fit in bits and pieces of training, whenever I can…
I'm currently following Al & Danny Kavadlo's Get Strong programme (Sorry, I didn't find you until quite recently), which gives me a good routine to follow. I can't always do the required exercises in a session, because of my schedule, which is a bit annoying, but I keep at it and do what I can, when I can.
One possible good point is, for example if I only have 20~30 mins available, I'll focus completely on say, push-ups doing much more than the programme asks for and adding in tricep extensions, dips etc. Then when I have some more time later, I'll do legs etc and really blast them because I'm fresh..
More often than not, I can't complete a whole session in one day, so I'll split it over two days.. It's not ideal, but at least I'm trying to work hard when I can fit a session in.
I'd really, really like to get up super early and do my routine before anything else, but with finishing very late most evenings, I'm often late to bed… Oh well.
After seeing this vid, I'm going to look at my schedule and try to find a regular slot that I can stick to. Maybe an hour or so before lunch.. I'll have to ask my wife if we can have lunch a little later. Ha ha!
Thanks for all the videos and really great information… You're a great inspiration to me.

  2. Would you say 3x a week is enough to build muscle? I was working out 4 weeks now with 6 days per week and now i stopped. So it seems like i got lazy of it
