My favorite way to save at the grocery store is to plan more plant based meals so that I can afford organic produce, dairy, and meat. For example, I often make a vegetarian chili and that is a cheaper recipe so then that week I can spend more on organics.
The best way I have found is to make a menu, make a list of ingredients, then double check I don’t have anything already in my pantry, then stick to my list when I get to the store! Clicklist has helped me too because I don’t find random things to add to my cart while shopping, I just put my list in and pick up my groceries later that same day!
My favorite way to save money as a college student is to shop different grocery stores for different things. Kroger for meat/produce, aldi for dry goods, and Trader Joe’s for anything else. I’d really love the gift card because it would help so much with paying for groceries .
Hi, I am really diggin the Digital Coupons and I notice when I fill out the surveys on the receipts, I get coupons mailed to me(from Kroger anyways)so I get to use those AND the digital coupons AND any in-store coupons I come across. Great to be a new subscriber.
I find that meal planning has helped me save my family of 4 money. The reason is because, I can also plan meals around ingredients I already have and so I only end up spending on the things I don't have versus throwing stuff in the cart and not having enough for a meal so then I would have to spend more to complete the meal. So yes meal planning has helped me a lot I even do it for my kid's school lunches too now.? Loving Krogers digital coupons they help as well !
Kroger is my preferred store. Not only are the coupons good, but their ST & STO brands are wonderful!! I save between $275-350/month with their coupons and fuel rewards!!
I love the Kroger app and the digital coupons it allows you to save. This month’s savings on Simple Truth products has been great for our grocery budget. After battling major health issues, buying organic is extremely important…but can be expensive.
I do most of our shopping between Kroger, Whole Foods and Sprouts and keep an eye on their weekly ads. I buy what’s on sale and use coupons (when available) to maximize our savings. It’s me and my husband so I try to buy items that can be versatile to create multiple dishes throughout the week so that we don’t waste and food doesn’t go bad before we can make everything we buy. Frozen vegetables help because they are inexpensive and you can have them readily available as you need them.
Kroger’s Free Friday Downloads are always exciting to watch for. They are starting to offer more healthy options for their Friday Downloads, which is always exciting to see! Plus, I love that whatever you spend in the store goes towards your Fuel Rewards Points, so even more savings and helping make your budget stretch!
The way I like to save money is to make a budget see what's on sale use coupons and other discounts if I possibly can to get the most for the least amount of money as a single mom is hard for me to save a lot of money but this still on the way that I'm able to budget for my family
We lost our home in Florida in Hurricane Irma. My husband and I and our two little boys I've just gotten a home here in Michigan and we can most definitely use the help with $100 gift card! Kroger is 3 miles away from our home and we absolutely love that store I can always afford to buy much they're on our new small budget. Love your show and thank you for all the help!
I always begin by checking the weekly sales ad. Using a marker, I circle the items I'm interested in, and head to those items first b4 any other purchases, because if I started with a list @ aisle 1, I could/ and have forgotten the very items I wanted in the 1st place. I will always glance at the "well" sales….where you buy 1 thing and get 5 items free, but I never buy the single item, if I would not be a normal purchase for me, regardless of how many FREE items are offered. It has to be eye catching, and fulfill a need, or I pass it by. I look for unadvertised items, and BOGO items. I use coupons when I have them. I try to leave the store A WINNER, by leaving with my choice of items for the best price, and not a victim to the games grocers (as well as other stores) try to manipulate my mind, with what they want me to buy. Many times I've seen endcaps with items that aren't even sale prices, OR they Mark something up to full price, and Mark a sale price, that is their "usual" price. They are RUTHLESS. I Try to pay close attention to the "tricks of the trade"
I always do my list of what to cook every week and look for sales and it would be awesome to get this coupons would help a lot thank you for the video?❤️
Kroger is definitely my favorite store!! I love to save money by using the Kroger app. I make a list before going to store, then check for digital coupons!! Great video by the way!!

I love saving with digital coupons. ?
I always shop on the days they have deals. Which I believe is Tuesday for meats and Wednesday for fruits and vegetables.
As easy as digital coupons are, I prefer the “pealy” coupons. They are so effortless and don’t require planning. Lazy persons couponing!
