  1. good vid. im in my early 20s like you, and in 2016 i embarked on a weight loss journey. i was 253 and dropped down to 178 and it took me 4 months. hard dieting and intense cardio. fast fwd to feb 2018, here we are again! this time weighed in at 257. im an over eater and nothing is better than food. i would eat every hour of the day and at times just because theres nothing else to do. coupled with the fact that i LOVE beer made it all worse. i was a bloated blimp. so here we are in march and im down 20 pounds already, my goal is to get back into the 180s. it felt great losing all that weight, i looked way better my confidence was better, my dick got bigger, i was able to fit into my high school clothes again. the journey is exciting and the result is just amazing. congrats on your weight loss!

Im 17 And ive been wanting to loose Weight for nearly 7 years now, im on And off it And there isnt a day that i Dont think about it… i remember my mum taking a photo of me And my cousins And we were about 4-5 years old at the time we were sat on a sofa And i remember thinking omg Why are my legs so big compared to hers? I remember always Over hearing my mum talking to other mums like do you think shell grow out of it And i was always told i was too big. One time at a family meet up one of my uncles asked my Why i got so fat because i Look like cow. For a child aged 9-10 yo it was too much i ran out the room And spend the test of the Night crying whilst the test of my family were having fun. Im overweight And All i ever wanted was to Look good And most importantly feel good in my Body….

  4. 2018 is my year. I’m 18 almost 19 and weigh almost 200lbs. I want to be healthier so I can run around with my baby sister and not be so exhausted all the time

  5. I’m 220 pounds. I need it to by year because I can’t take it anymore, except the worst part about it is when I go to gym and work out daily I don’t loose anything and I don’t see the change. I want to loose that weight but It’s so hard

  8. Your body type looks like mine but i only weigh 200. Tbh mine looks like 300-350 pounds of fat. ugh tired of it so at least this year i will change.

  9. I legit cried watching this. A couple years ago I was 250. I lost 50 lbs, gained back half of that and just gave up but a year later I am starting again and down 10 lbs so far. People like you are so inspirational and help me stay motivated. This is forever. I am never going back. I am so sick of being crippled by obesity.
