  2. I made the tofu scramble and I was pleasantly surprised at how much it did taste like scrambled eggs. I even dare say, much better. I also made the banana oatmeal muffins – filling and delicious. I substituted the brown sugar with brown coconut sugar. I'm making the apple chips and I've decided to sprinkle the next batch with pumpkin spice for a variation. Love your recipes!

  3. UPDATE: I made your Banana Nut Oatmeal and apple chips. There were delish! My husband loved them and asked for them to be a regular meal in our home. Thanks! We also made the potatoes and they were ah-mazing! Thanks!

  4. Oh, my goodness so it's not just me. This is the second video I've clicked on and I have not been able to stop smiling while I watch. First, you look like you want to burst out laughing, which makes me want to do the same. Then your food choice combos are freakin Wow. Then, I just some read comments and clearly I am not the only one full of joy watching. So, new subbie! All these meals are going to be especially great for work. ??

  5. I am confused about the difference between YAMS and SWEET POTATOES. According to the grocery story what you used is a yam. Sweet potatoes as per grocery stores are cream coloured inside (and red on the outside). Please clarify?
