  2. I've excersised religiously for the past 5 yrs. I feel better physically and mentally. But I do it so I don't deprive myself of some of the foods I love! I think it balances out. It's killing me right now because my ankle is broke. So right now I do some stretching sitting down. So if u can move-DO IT!
