  1. I'm down 80 lbs. I don't have cheat days/meals/whatever. The brain pathways for the old food addictions are still there, so far as I know. I have new pathways for clean food I actually like. If I were going to cheat, I would use a food I like but wouldn't have a problem stopping. Just my opinion.

  2. Astonishing how these food manufacturer's get away with murder.
Funny one was WINE misconception lol. These food authorities should be shot giving out misleading lies. Which they change the goal posts every 3-5 years.

  3. Losing weight fast videos are also the problem. Those just focus on water weight which can seem appealing but when you lose the water weight your stuck because those videos didn't prepare you for what to do next.

  4. Thanks for all the great information and tips man, love the channel and it’s helped me out a ton I’ve lost weight many times and I’m looking to keep it off for good this time it’s been about 2 weeks and I got 6 pounds already

  5. hey i have been gyming for over a year nos. i want to gain size. i havent changed my diet in like 6 months and im stuck at the same size and weight. should i increase my diet or just change my mass gainer? im taking my mass tech.

  6. I got my diet pretty much under control. but for me 1-2 cheat meals is a must. however I have them on active rest days so I can start my day in a caloric deficit. plus I have pretty good self control and don't binge eat.

  7. Last tip is very, very true. Who the hell says you can't lose weight fast? Web F%!*ing MD? Screw that. I'm on day 2 of a 5 day fast right now and I've already lost 4 pounds. Fasting is amazing.

  8. I agree with all except for the slow weight loss. Different strokes for different folks I know, but for me it was an aspect of switching my mind set and not expecting to immediately be at my goal weight.
