  1. I eat most of the foods shown not the grapefruit or the tuna I'm really serious this year about more healthier eating ..I started years ago but every year I want to add other healthier foods exercise etc.. thanks

  2. Not all fruits are created equally, and true fruits are healthy. But one must not engorge on fruit if they have diabetes or trying to watch sugar intake. Metabolic fructose = (fructose + ½*sucrose). In the gut, table sugar (sucrose) is split into its two component parts (fructose and glucose) before it enters the bloodstream.   3. 25/2018,well I eat most of the vegetables and fruits, grilled chicken and fish, a little of meat ? but I love chocolate ? and ? but I eat a little, I think its bad to skip meals but it's a routine for me coz when I feel hungry I eat like 1 meal a day, plus 1 meal (chocolate) but not a lot, and I drink coffee, green tea ? , and my metabolism is too slowly to burn fat, just in sports I burn calories,and maybe when u are in different ages like 20 until 30th your hormone it change so I love your channel thx u

  4. I'm only 11 and trying to loose weight so I can wear crop tops and bikinis and I'm gonna eat salad at school instead of the school lunches and put money in my account and buy Gatorade and water. I'm really tall so I have more weight. I'm about 5'5 and that's tall for an 11 year old so please reply some workout moves! Thankyou

  5. I eat most of these things about 5-6 times a day and I don't really lose weight. I'm actually gaining weight. Am I eating too much or is it because I never have time to exercise? I go on 10 mins walks because that's all I'm able to do a day. I go to school, got 2 jobs, get a lot of homework, and spend most of the day seated, even at my jobs that require me to sit for hours.
