Suggestion: I put my hands behind my head to support my neck and make certain moves harder. I have to put my heels on the ground for one of the exercises to protect my back even though the voice says not to. Adjust these exercises as needed.
Most of the video is very good. I do wish you could replace the last crunch workout with something less strenuous on the neck though. Still a good workout.
What level of training is this? Because in previous videos you guys always put some sort of level in them. I'd like to know if I can begin with this training
