  1. This is bootleg I pulled multiple muscle doing this I should have know having a computer animated dude doing this shit, he ain’t pulling shit I didn’t get pass the second drill smh

  2. Suggestion: I put my hands behind my head to support my neck and make certain moves harder. I have to put my heels on the ground for one of the exercises to protect my back even though the voice says not to. Adjust these exercises as needed.

  3. Thanks so much guys :D, I’ve been doing the old and level 2 from like 8 years ago and this video actually shows me and explains to me from different angles on how to do everything. Keep it up (and maybe there can be an updated level 2 ;)) lol
