  3. This back pain guidebook is a treasure, search Google "fetching loni". It greatly relieved my serious back pain caused by a recent injury. However it allows me to position on my side or back that helps relieve some of the spasms. .

  4. I'm loving the explanation in your videos with the examples. I especially love the Intermediate Fasting video. I've been doing IF and Keto for 2 months. slowly getting into working out regularly. I've lost 45 pounds in 3 montgs, since I started IF. Keto has really pushed this farther.
