  1. Question: what if you live with family members that don’t eat healthy, but you can’t buy your own groceries. It’s very difficult to eat healthy when there’s so much junk and literally three options that are semi healthy. Love you!!!?

  2. Yes great tips. I'm building a healthier routine too. I got myself a Health coach who had been really helping me stay accountable. Also about to do a 14 day reset cleanse which includes clean eating and and some calls with my coach to help me.

  3. u see i eat Extremly healthy foods like salad and strawberries and much more but… I make them not healthy for example for my salad I put salt vinegar tomato lettuce balsamic turkey and that’s unhealthy and for my strawberries I put sugar with water in there sooo oops I need to stop

  5. I got an ad for this video that told me that if I want to get fit I have to stop watching youtube even if you are watching a video on how to get fit. I'm very confused someone help.
