I find that adding vegetables to carbs/starches, like taking some ramen and adding radish, shrimp and bok choy, still fills me up, is easy, but I'm still getting nutrients. I'm not focused on losing weight I just want more nutrients and for my acne to clear up a little.

After watching your "Would Goku and Vegeta's training work in real life?" video I gained immediate inspiration after you had talked about how the show related to your life issues as a kid, as I can relate to that as well! I just wanted to thank you!

I newly hopped onto the measuring your food thing. I always knew that the crabs you take in determine how much you gain fat or lose it. Anyway my question here is the measurement with the palm. I searched a bit on the internet but I don't get a clear answer as in how often a day you eat with these measurements etc. I wanted to ask you how it works and what the differences for women and men are since some websites seemed to differentiate them. (which makes kinda sense since biological differences but then again a grown person needs roughly the same amount of calories a day so yeeaaah…) Thanks so much for your videos!!! I love that your videos!!!! Most people don't get we are all different. I have been losing weight but still eating stuff like bread and pasta. At work I keep getting "how are you losing weight your eating bread" it is really annoying
