  1. I add a tbsp of chia seeds to mine! Another recipe I like to do is an almond joy overnight oats! Same starter (oats and milk) I add a tbsp each of chia seeds, chopped almonds, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and organic maple syrup! I like mine a little thicker so I put that much chia seeds instead of just a tsp. So good! I'm gonna try your burrito bowls too! Love you! Enjoy!

  2. Blackberry overnight oats with cinnamon are so bomb. And I usually do cauliflower rice – tastes great with half the calories! Great video 🙂 looking forward to more on your fitness journey!
