  1. So once a week on day Saturday? Do I still follow my normal workout split throughout the week and then just add this to Saturday or are you saying I only need to do this one workout for the week ?

  2. You only do this work out once a week? I was doing crossfit and going at least 3 x a week? This workout just looks like another WOD – AMRAP. Do you mean you only need to do this specific workout once a week but do other types of workouts? I like the workout. I had to stop crossfit to expensive but I can do this on my own.

  3. CAN WE ADD FEW MORE IN THIS ,,,, PUSH-UPS, MOUNTAIN WALK, ROPE, STEPPERS AND THEN REPEAT … WHAT IS YOUR OPINION….. PLEASE ADVICE ….. I LOST 60 KGS ,,, WITHOUT ANY FAT BURNER.. PLEASE ADVICE IF I WOULD LIKE TO ADD PRE WORKOUT TO MY EXERCISE

  4. Seems like doing so many reps in such a rush is a risk for injury. Especially with exercises like squat and deadlift that can cause injury if preformed incorrectly.

  5. This workout is no fuckin joke. I did it this morning using 125lbs and only made it through 4 rounds in 15 min and started puking. Never pushed myself like that in the past 15 years. Literally felt like I was running as fast as I could on a treadmill for 20 min minus the knee pain. I'm gonna keep doing this. Till I can get 10 reps in 20 min. It's gonna take me a few months.
