  2. Hi! Just want to share what helped me get back in track. I'm drinking Red Tea Detox. It definitely works. I can feel my energy levels greatly increased and my belly fat getting a whole lot softer. They key is to have a clean diet along with it and be consistent with drinking. Yes you wont lose inches in 5 days if you have a huge stomach but you will see a significant reducing in size. Don't use the mirror to judge instead, go get yourself a measuring tape and measure at the end of every week. Get yours here! https://tinyurl.com/ya3tw2jo

    a total of alil over 21 lb.s & I’m down to 198 lb.s an I wanna loose 68 ta 70 more lb.s ~ basically I wanna get back down to 130 to 125 lb.s….

  4. This is exactly what’s wrong with the fitness industry… people looking for a miracle drink without doing any work.

It’s called eating healthy, sleep, and the gym.

Of course I bust my ass every day to achieve a natural and epic aesthetic..:

Then people wanna tell me its genetics and unnatural.

  5. Thanks for the video! I’m going to give this a try. I don’t care if it doesn’t taste that good. I just care about the benefits. You look great ??.!!! Thanks a lot!! ❤️

  6. @limitless I made the drink the way you showed in the video. I'm trying to do it for 30 days to see what happens and I noticed when I use some of my ingredients I have chunky bits left over at the bottom am I supposed to ingest those to? I realize that might sound like a dumb question.

  7. I wish I had a way to contact this guy. I used to be in shape when I was in the Army now I drive a truck and I am way over weight. I bet this guy can turn my life around. I'm definitely going to try this drink. I'm going to get myself a 30 day challenge to do it.

  8. I drive a semi truck but I buy a blender and make this and have him work with minimal exercise? Only because I sit all day while I work. I understand you drink it before bed I plan on doing that.

  9. I got a better idea: how about just don't eat those extra calories so you don't have to burn them off or try gimmicky things like a superdrink thats going to work miracles and burn off the bodyfat by magic. Sounds like a good idea eh ?

  10. That was the most nasty omgosh plz dont upchuck drink EVER, thank God I had anjour pear ripe to go in it, & the seltzer water was the ONLY saving grace, just horrible taste. But I tried it. Uuuuuoooohhhhuuuh, ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And, yes even with honey. Even used actual ginger not powder small thumb. Uuuggggghhhh.

  11. I have been trying this drink since yesterday, it's not the best tasting drink but I'm in for the challenge. I used lemon (blended in the skin) , cucumber, Aloe vera, ginger and Parsley with half cup of water, all blended but I had to strain it before I drink…
    Let's see what happens nuh…

  12. You may wish to update the ingredients in the description. You say 1 lemon, should be half lemon juice. Not mentioned lime, honey or tumeric or carbonated water.

  13. Instead, try either just a pinch of honey and add STEVIA instead of more honey. Or just use STEVIA overall in place of honey. STEVIA won't give you an insulin spike like honey. Over time post load and preload of a meal, Stevia has a smaller effect on insulin plasma.

For those who think other artificial sweeteners might work better for you read the postes study I have attached I have come to understand that "Consumption of stevia in preloads significantly lowered postprandial insulin levels compared to both aspartame and sucrose, as well as postprandial glucose levels compared to sucrose."
